This and That

 Monika has especially been working

hard on me.

She wants a dog so bad

bad enough that for 

her writing assignment in school she wrote a 

paper on why people should have pets (mainly dogs).

 See how happy she is with this puppy?

sadly she couldn't have this one

he was already adoptive.

The person that brings these dogs in fosters them

and she has also worked hard on me to try fostering.

I might try this summer,

biggest fear is I will want to keep the dog

and that wouldn't be good.

Our weather has been pretty crazy this past week.

We went from having beautiful 60 degree weather on a Wednesday,

The girls got to rollerblade outside for the first time this year.  

Behind them you can still see snow, but you can also see the grass.

Thursday it started to get cooler and by the afternoon

the big white flakes showed up

 By Friday we had 12 inches of snow

 

The girls still had fun playing in the snow.

And it was warm for them, so no hat needed.

Saturday it started to warm up and the snow

began melting again.

Sunday it worked it way into the high 50's,

but we chose to go to the Mall of America.

 There was a special Chinese event going.

We ran into friends and Monika sorority sister also showed up.

I am so glad we have been seeing Sara and her family more.

She also competes against Katie in gymnastics so we see her at some meets.

Katie had to be picked up by her dad

because she wasn't feeling good.

She was very sad.

Erin and her friend came to the mall with us but only ate with us.

They went shopping and only met up with us

when we were leaving.

 

As we were passing Dick's last resort.

Monika said the statue looks creepy.

Jenny didn't mind posing.

 Erin this past week was looking at her close friend in China QQ pictures.

and discover this picture of herself and her good friend Kennedy.

She states this picture was taken in 

2010 on Chinese New year.  

They have make up on because they were doing a dance.

When I first saw this picture, I thought it was a recent picture of her as the makeup makes her look

order.  After looking at it closer, I realize it was from China.

It was nice to see, and another picture for her to have in her life when she was in China.
