It was 7 years ago in May that "Group 74" travel to get our children. There was 6 Spicy Hunan babies and then two toddlers being adopted in another part from China. The 8 children came to us in during the height of SARS. I have posted about this on Monika gotcha day of May 25 (if you want to read about it). Today we were finally able to get together, the beginning of summer consists of graduations, heritages trip to China and Cruise in Norway/Denmark for the families. 6 of the 8 families were able to make it to the celebration. We see some of the families only once or twice a year and other families more frequently. We all live within a hour except for one family that is 3 hours away. It is great getting together with these families and seeing/watching the children grow up including the siblings. There is such a bond with the children and also with the parents. We are so grateful for having this group.

Monika with her "sorority sisters" the two oldest ones are missing. These four girls birthdays range within 3 weeks with Monika (in the purple) being the 2nd youngest and still the shortest one. They are all 7 and are all getting ready to turn 8

The two on the end are 2 years older then the spicy girls. They are both from the same orphanage, so they have their own special bond with one another along with all of them being bonded together as we travel together the last week in China.

The big kids in our group...they are so adorable and they are going on 10/11

Group 74 and their siblings. We are missing 3 siblings from one of the families, the oldest one is in the military (Thank you Darrin for your services), one had other plans and the other was with her father getting ready for same day surgery in the morning, please pray to keep her safe.
We are so thankful to have such a wonderful travel group, they are awesome families.
