Jenny 11 today

This past weekend we celebrated Jenny's birthday.

 

Saturday we went and saw the movie

Maze Runner and walked around the mall.

Jenny and Katie found some people to hang out with

 

 

Sunday we celebrated her birthday with the family.

Jenny wanted a MockingJay on her cake.

I couldn't find an actual one, so went on line and printed this out

and had a little bit of a food them from the movies 

Hunger Games.

Reading about one of the many books she got

Elli's favorite books.  Jenny and Elli share

a lot of the same likes regarding books

Sometimes it is hard to remember that Jenny is a young age.  With her love for books, acknowledge of so many things, and a huge vocabulary, it is hard to believe she is only 11.

I also think of her birth family and pray that they know she is safe.
