Update on Jade

Heard from Jade's mom this morning. It is hard not talking to Jade on line in the morning and not but very grateful that her mom is updating us as much as she can. She has limited contact with Jade. this is what Jade's mom wrote to us today: Jade is very now safe, the city has declared martial law (this mean curfew), the street in a business area store had closed, on the road does not have the vehicle, the pedestrian to be very also few, The internet is still not working, and they can't change her flight (she was suppose to leave on the 16th and return home in southern China). Just glad to hear that she is safe.
ON a little bit of good news, for those of you that remember that my cell phone went AWOL at the beginning of June showed up. We were cleaning the garage out to organize things for the garage sale when Dave came across it. So that was a relief.
