So Sorry Erin

So Sorry Erin, that you have to wait, Mom and Dad are trying their hardest to bring you home. The look you have in the picture below, I don't blame you having that look, it is how we are feeling right now. We didn't think it would take this long to get the first step done. Who would have thought we are on day 64 on waiting for our homestudy to be completed. Even though you don't know we exist we have your beautiful face to look at everyday to remind us that the end results of all this paperwork is having the honor to call you our daughter and to love you so much. You may not know this, but Jesus is taking care of you until we can get there, Just know you are loved by so many people. Your younger sisters don't understand why we have to wait so long and your older sister is just so excited to have another sister.

On a positive note, Jesus was holding my hand this afternoon. With all the frustrations we have been having with our homestudy agency, I spoke with one of the top person at the homestudy agency and explain all the frustrations we are feeling, not happy with a homestudy that was suppose to take 2 to 4 weeks is now 9 weeks and counting. I managed to stay calm, not cry or yell or get upset, just talked to the person. I don't know how much it will help but at least they are aware on how we are feeling. I hope they can learn from it. We have been so lucky that the first two adoptions thru this agency has been extremely good and we really like them, and still do overall, just not right now.

This week my girls have been off from school. Jade was Monday thru Wednesday (Wednesday she was sick). The 3 younger have been off all week. We have been spending a lot of time with one another. It has been a lot of fun have the quality time with them. We done MOA, gone out to eat, play and play and play, and read....they also helped me with things for the CNY event that I am on the committee. They have been silly. These pullovers and the funny hat Monika is wearing, my sister made them 2 Christmas ago.
