crazy and fun game night

The younger 3 girls have been off from school for 3 days so far and enjoying it a lot.  After Erin got home from school, they had painting nail party, Monika asked Erin to do her nails.

If you look closely at them, you will see they are tied together.  they wanted to be together

Jenny and Erin not wanting to miss out on the fun had their legs tied together.  The tallest and shortest person together.  It didn't work out to well as Erin more or less dragged Jenny and she kept falling.

We switched and put Monika and Jenny together, Katie and Erin together.  Monika initially wasn't happy with this but soon learned it was fun to be with Jenny too.  The above picture was Erin and Katie trying to jump while being tied.  Mom kept wanting to jump in and be the safety police, but they were having to much fun.

girls wanted to all jump together.   Arms and legs are still tied together.  What team work it was.

Erin then wanted us to play a game that they played in China.  You have to have good stomach and leg muscles.  We started the three laying/sitting on chairs, Erin then pulled out the first chair.  You need to keep you knees bend and arms on the ground

Now the girls were suppose to put their arms up on their chest, they were not able to do it long enough for me to get a picture of them

After a couple of shots, they did it.  Monika started to lose her balance and put her arm down when I was getting ready to take the picture.  There was so many laughs and having a great time.

I joined in and the 5 of us did it, couldn't take any pictures as I was also in the game.
Dave showed up a little bit later, he was coming over for a night of games with us.  We played skipb* and Un*.  Erin was more relax with Dave this time, she was laughing more and enjoying each other company.  I felt less tension in the house and I could truly enjoy myself without worrying about trying to keep Erin content.  I just had to write and update to one of the organizations that gave us a grant to bring Erin home.  To talk about the changes in the family and her life, it still amazes me to see God's work being done, to see how he has taught us to parent her, to parent the other girls during the huge changes this past year and half has presented them.  I am so lucky to have such wonderful daughters.  Thank you Lord  for everything.
