Just amazed

Before I get to my posting tonight, I have to apolgize for my last post as I finished it kinda of aburptly.  I was falling asleep and thought I would save the post and finish it later not realizing that I hit publish post instead, I thought about finishing it, but have decided not to.  So now on to my  posted.

Just Amazed

Erin had a basketball game tonight. 

Her team was winning by a lot.

Her awesome coach Jimmy was letting all the players to play a lot.

Some of the players don't get many baskets, and then there is Erin who hasn't gotten any baskets this season.

Jimmy was having Erin playing a lot longer then he usually does. 

The 9 girls were all encouraging each other and having fun tonight.

Then I start to notice something transpiring among the team.

Erin had the ball a lot,

8 girls were setting up the ball for Erin to make baskets,

Erin wasn't afraid tonight of the basket,

She tried and tried and tried to make one, she came so close many times as it bounced on the rim of the basket.

Erin was determine and stayed in almost the whole second half of the game.

She never gave up and didn't let her fustration show much.

Her teammates remained so encouraging to her,

I had tears in my eyes

what a great group of girls and a wonderful coach Jimmy (and Mike too).

These girls have also helped me so much, they also been teaching Erin about relationships.

Jimmy and her teammates kept encouraging her and praising her.

Eventhough she didn't get her basket, I am so proud of her.

Her confidence is getting better and better.

She is learning that you can depend on others.

Thank you Lord Jesus for bringing Coach Jimmy, Mike and 8 wonderful girls into Erin life.
