Mother's Day and Erin's "love" games

Today we celebrated Mother's day at my house.  Dave brought the girls over after I got home for work.  The 3 younger ones each gave me a present.  Erin said she didn't have a present  (she didn't want to go shopping with Dave to get one for me and a family member at the last minute couldn't take her).for me, I told her, she could just say "Happy Mother's Day" and that would be my present.  She said it to me with a big smile.  That meant a lot to me.  Both sides of the family came over and the rain stopped shortly afterwards.  After we had finished eating, Erin wanted so show us a couple of games she learned recently at school.  She kept referencing them as "love" games.  So we corral up people into the living room.  She explained the games and we had a blast.  The pictures below are from my mom trying to take pictures of these fast acting games.  There was a lot of touching and feeling going on during the games.  The first game was one girl and one boy in the middle of the circle.  They have to grab one person of the opposite sex and sit in their spot, those two people then have to do it the same, when the light (it wasn't that dark in the room) came on, whoever was standing was out.  A couple of times, Erin either had to sit next to Dave or pull him up.  That was one of those little baby steps between Dave and Erin.  My mom even got into the game.  The next game is a hugging game.  The picture below shows my sister being the leader.  She would sign 0 to 6 and we had to hug that meaning people at once, those people that weren't in the hug were out.  It was great, and so nice to have that kind of bonding time with everyone and many laughters and hugs....

the only thing missing was my precious Jade.  She chosed to stay at college as she has a final on Monday, please say a special prayer for her. 

Through out the year, I often think about my daughters birthmom's.  I am so grateful for their decision to give life to my 5 daughters.  I often wonder what the reasons my 4 youngest daughters mom gave up their daughters.  I hope they know they know their daughters are doing good and they are safe and well loved.  Jade will be going home to China in June (on my birthday) to see her mom, dad and the rest of her family.  Jade did surprise me with a beautiful flower arrangement that was sent to me, it was on my doorstep when I came home from work on Saturday night.

Also asking for prayers, as there is something heavy weighing on my heart.  I know God will guide me and I know Jesus is beside me and they will help me through it.
