$ younger girls practing sign language, It was called "signing time" and it does simple words and even shows the word, so Erin was trying to spell them too.  I learned a couple of new worlds so that was nice.

We have discovered that Erin never done (and possibly never seen) multiplication or division.  Dave and Jade were working with her on mulitiplactions.

Jenny had decided she wanted cupcakes, these four girls helped Dave make them.  Some of them had red frosting and some had gree frosting

Dave's mom make these two money cards for Jenny for her birthday (actual birthday is on the 8th)

Erin jumped right into throwing leafs with her younger sisters, and her two cousins Jacob and Molly.

Dave came out and got in the action, Erin pouncing him with leaves

Jade is home this weekend and feels a lot better.  Friday night she spent some time with Erin.  We were able to get a better feel in what Erin knows acedemically and realizing that Erin isn't where we thought she was.  We are very lucky that she is eager to learn and probably will catch up.  Jade also showed Erin how to get on QQ on her (jade's) laptop.  QQ is China's "facebook".  I did't realize that Chinese keyboards are the same as American and that you need to know how to do pinyin on the computer.  Erin has a QQ account but can't do pinyin which suprised Jade.  Erin got to talk to a friend for a while last night before bed and she is again on line.  She is happy to have it.
Today we celebrated Jenny's "7th" birthday with family.  Jenny doesn't turn 7 until next Friday, but we celebrated early because there is mulfuntions going on and I have to work next weekend.  The rest of Dave' family got the chance of meetting her.  My family all met her.  It was a nice turn out and we really enjoyed our self.  Erin did very well with the crowded and was able to interact with them.  Thank you Lord, for helping us making such a memoriable day with everyone.

  1. Love the leaf celebration, and the QQ access must be such a relief to Erin!
